FBL Top Scorer Kambugu Reaveals Immediate Task After Signing for BUL FC.

FUFA Big league top scorer Lawrence Kambugu was greatful to God and BUL Football Club management after completing a two deal to the Eastern Giants.

The former Busiro Ssaza winning player, signed from Ntugasaze FC that trades in the second tier – FUFA Big League where he emerged topscorer with 15 goals last season.

I thank God and BUL FC for the opportunity. I am here to help this club meet its targets. It is a big team with a winning mentality, and I love winning, too. Kambugu stated.

BUL FC head Coach Abby Kikomeko believes Kambugu’s additions adds attacking options to this already available options.

We struggled with scoring goals last season, mostly in the first round. We opted to widen our striking line, thus adding Lawrence to our attacking depth. We believe he is a good addition to the team.”

The 18-year-old attacking midfielder who can as well play as a forward is a product of Rays of Grace Academy with some top flight football experience having featured for Gaddafi FC in the Uganda Premier League.

Kambugu won the prestigious Masaza Cup 2023 with Busiro before elevating to play for play for Gaddafi FC.
