ABC FC trash J-life to reach Vipers Fans Cup Knockouts

ABC FC delivered a statement performance at Cherish Grounds, Garuga, thrashing J-Life FC 5-0 to book their place in the knockout stages of the Vipers Fans Cup.

For starters, J-Life’ s Tom had the first real chance of the game but dragged his shot inches wide.

In addition, midfielder Kennedy Ssewankambo tried his luck for ABC FC from distance, only to see it sail wide as well.

Joseph Enyabu also went close early, his effort going inches past the post.

However, the deadlock didn’t last

Off a teasing cross from Reagan Ndidde, Enyabu struck into the net to put ABC in front.

Before the break, striker Enyabu struck again to double the lead and send ABC into halftime with full control.

Shortly after the restart, he completed his hat-trick with a clinical finish to make it 3-0.

In the 65th minute, Jovan Sempasa rose highest to head home Henry Mukasa’s corner and make it 4-0.

J-Life tried to reorganize, but numbers and beliefs had both dropped.

Lastly, Enyabu turned the provider.

His perfectly weighted pass to Abby Kavuma, who tapped in to complete the 5-0 demolition.

With the win, ABC FC now has one final group game against PLU to decide who finishes top of the group.

ABC FC has seven points now with six goals difference.
