MWANJE CAFU AND BOSCO KAMYA SEND THEIR TEAMS TO THE GOOD FRIENDS SUPER FOUR LEAGUE FINALS
Veterans Mwanje Cafu and Bosco Kamya rolled back the years with match-winning performances to fire Team Masanyalaze and Team Kikompola into this year’s Good Friends Super Four League final.
Mwanje’s hat-trick keeps Masanyalaze dynasty alive.
Experienced versatile Mwanje Cafu scored a “beauty of three” to complete a hat-trick as holders Team Masanyalaze beat Muliro 5-2 at SPN Turf Namulanda.
The goals were all important and sent team Masanyalaze to a third consecutive final.
After scooping Man of the Match and the match ball, Mwanje Cafu said “First of all , I thank God because I have won Man of the Match and the match ball amidst playing with young competitive players.
I believe I will do the same in the final because, as a player, I believe in myself.”

In the other game, Bosco Kamya winner wrote Kikompola in Good Friends history.
Team Kikompola captain and striker Bosco Kamya scored the winner in a 2-1 comeback over Team Bbomu.
It is the first time Kikompola has reached the Good Friends Super Four final.
Team Bbomu struck after 5 minutes, but David Kakeeto answered with a thunderbolt to level.
Then Bosco Kamya turned the game, curling in a beauty to seal 2-1.
“Am very happy for scoring the winner that helped my team progress to the first ever final.
I thank my teammates for the spirit, and I assure our fans that we shall win the trophy,” Captain Bosco Kamya stated.

The Good Friends Super Four League final goes down Saturday 11th July 2026 at SPN Turf Namulanda.
