GF SUPER FOUR LEAGUE:TEAM MULIRO LEADS THE PACK AS ROUND TWO IS SET TO KICK-OFF
The first round of the Good Friends Super Four League has concluded, and round two kicks off tomorrow at SPN Turf Namulanda.
Here’s a review of the standings and a preview of what is to come:
Two-time finalists, Team Muliro top the log with six points, having won two games and lost one.
They’re looking strong in their quest for silverware this season.
Joel Nsubuga , Ivan Ramos are the key players in the team.
The holders, Team Masanyalaze, impressed in the final game of round one and will be hoping to get their best player from last season, Cambiasso, back on track.

Masanyalaze sits second with four points, having scored eight goals – the most in the league.
Coach Arafat’s Team Kikompola secured a vital win and is level on points with Masanyalaze, separated only by goal difference.
Team Captain Swalleh Kaboyo is confident that the team will have to win something this season.
Team Bbomu sits bottom with three points, collected from their opening game.

Having started well, Bbomu faced a setback in performances, and we hope they have all collected dotes to make things happen in the second round.
Top performers include Ivan Ramos and Fabian Oyalo, who lead the scoring chart with three goals each, while Sirajje Kisekka tops the assists chart with four.
League CEO Aiden Ssebudde expects a competitive second round, saying, “With all teams having secured at least a win in round one, we expect the second round to be very competitive as teams try to navigate their way to the podium finish.”
He encouraged fans to come out and support, and lastly, he advised players to uphold the values of respect and fair play.
Round two kicks off with:
– Muliro 🆚️ Masanyalaze, 6:00pm
– Bbomu 🆚️ Kikompola, 7:00pm
The league is played over three rounds, with the top two teams qualifying for the finals.
