Dates Set For Vipers SC Fans Cup Season 8 Grand Finale

The grand finale of the Vipers SC Fans Cup Season 8 is set for Saturday, 26th September, 2026 at the St Mary’s Stadium, Kitende.

Kisozi FC will tussle it out with Atlanta Football Agency in a highly anticipated final at 4:00 PM, while a third-place playoff between Eden Church FC and ABC FC will curtain-raise the day at 2:00 PM.

For starters, let’s look at the road to the finals.

Kisozi FC booked their place in the final in emphatic fashion, knocking out two-time semi-finalists ABC FC 4-0 on aggregate.

They won 2-0 at the Nkumba Kataka playground and repeated the same scoreline at the Kisozi playground.

Atlanta Football Agency, on the other hand, edged past Eden Church FC with a narrow 1-0 aggregate victory.

After a goalless draw away from home, Atlanta secured a 1-0 win at home to seal their spot in this edition’s final.

Earlier in the quarterfinals, Atlanta Football Agency eliminated Sumba FC, ABC FC knocked out Kibatu Giants FC, Kisozi FC ejected Favoured Carpentry, while Eden Church FC progressed after overcoming Mapeera FC.

St Mary’s Stadium, Kitende will be open by midday, with free entrance for all fans on the final day.

Furthermore, a number of prizes are up for grabs.

The champions will walk away with UGX 3 million, a trophy, a cow, a full set of jerseys, balls, and gold medals. The runners-up will receive UGX 2 million, a cow, silver medals, balls, and a full set of jerseys.

Moreso, the third-placed team will bag UGX 1 million, bronze medals, balls, and a full set of jerseys, while the fourth-placed side will receive balls and certificates.

Importantly, every participating team will be awarded a certificate.

According to the organizers, the main aim of the tournament is to bring Vipers SC fans together and promote talent.
