UPL: POLICE FC HOSTS LUGAZI AS UPL SECOND ROUND RETURNS

The Cops will welcome Lugazi FC at Kamwokya as the Uganda Premier league 2025/26 second round kicks off.

For starters, Police FC are 6th while Lugazi FC are 11th on the table standings.

Coach Matia Lule’s side Police FC will be eager to win thier game to come back to winning ways.

They are winless in thier last two league games.

Adding on that, the Cops lost 4-1 against table leaders Vipers at Kitende.

And earned a point in thier last first round game against URA FC in a 0-0 encounter at Nakivubo.

On the other side, Lugazi FC are unbeaten in thier last two league games.

The leaders won against BUL FC in a 2-1 win in Najjembe and also had a goalless draw with SC Villa at Kadiba at the end of the first round.

Police FC forwards Ikamba Bedia who has so far scored six times and Brian Obedi are looked at to give the Cops a win.

Whereas, Lugazi FC’s Mungudit Freedom and Kalanzi Abdul will also rise to remain their club performance.

Will the Cops bounce back to winning ways or Lugazi FC keeping thier onform remains the question as the second round kicks
