UPL: UPPC Still Chasing First Top-Flight Win
Entebbe UPPC FC return to action tomorrow as they face table leaders Lugazi FC in the Uganda Premier League.
The Printers will be playing at home in Bugonga for the second consecutive week, still in search of their first victory in the top flight. Currently sitting 14th on the table, UPPC will be eager to bounce back after their narrow 1-0 defeat to Buhimba United Saints FC in their league debut.
In contrast, Lugazi FC come into the tie full of confidence after a convincing 3-1 win over Calvary FC. Tomorrow’s clash will also mark the first-ever meeting between the two sides in Ugandan football history.
With the Bugonga faithful behind them, UPPC will be hoping to turn things around and secure their maiden win in the Premier League.
