Former Crystal Palace Striker Sekajja, Two Other Added to Cranes Squad.

Uganda Cranes Head coach Mulitun ‘Micho’ Sredojevic has confirmed that Former Crystal Place forward Ibra Sekajja, Nathan Odokonyero and Tirhys Luknyomoi are the players that will be joining the camp in preparations for the 2023 AFCON Qualifiers.
The three forwards all plying their trade in England, joins the 33 man preliminary Squad named by Micho earlier.
Experienced 29 year old striker Sekajja,that garduated from the Crystal Palace Academy, started his senior career there, has played for Kettering Town, Bromley, Inverness CT, Livingston, Braintree, Maidenhead and others.
Sekajja born in Mulago hospital- Kampala, represented England once at Under 16.
He has managed to score five goals in the 12 appearances he has managed in 2021/22 season.
The trio will be assessed together with the players already in camp for inclusion in the final squad as FUFA finalises with processing of the official documents.
Sekajja who plays for Dulwich Harmlet FC, Odokonyero Nathan of Bognor Regis FC are expected to arrive on Wednesday while Tirhys Luknyomoi (AFC Port Chester FC) is expected to jet in today.
Ibra Sekajja stint at now Premier league club Crystal Palace.
Ibra was first noticed by a scout from Crystal Palace a Premier League club for his footballing talent whilst playing during a match at Elmwood Primary School. His pace, technical skill, dribbling, height and striking were noticed at the age of 10.
Sekajja made his professional debut for Crystal Palace on 30 April 2011, in a fixture at Hull City. He scored a late 88th-minute equaliser with his first touch. Sekajja had dominated the pitch in the last few vital minutes of the match, ensuring a draw against Hull which secured Palace’s safety in the Championship. He celebrated with a triple backflip.
The Teenage-striker Odokonyero (19), born in Hove- England, has had an impressive season with Bognor Regis FC to earn him a place in Micho’s team.
