BRL: GARUGA STARS HUNTING FOR ANOTHER WIN
Garuga Stars Football Club will eye another win as they visit Mpigi mixed SS FC as Buganda 4th Division League Matchday two begins.
The Entebbe based side Garuga Stars go into this fixture having won 1-0 in thier first game of the season against Hope Foundation.
Garuga will play thier second away game in Mpigi tomorrow.
On the other side, Mpigi mixed SS FC got a crucial point at away after a hard fought 2-2 draw against Bamusuuta FC in Match day one.
“We are in shape and the camp is so positive and motivated. The team had full week training and also had a practice match too and good ice bath recovery so I hope the boys will perform well tomorrow” Garuga Stars FC Head Coach Tonny Arinaitwe stated.
Coach Tonny added that the squad is full and the boys are available and ready for the encounter against Mpigi mixed SS FC.
More so, now Garuga Stars FC sit in 4th position whereas Mpigi mixed SS FC are 7th placed on the league table.
The two teams will battle for maximum points as to keep the momentum for promotion this season.
For starters, the team that tops the league in this new league format will have direct promotion to Buganda Regional League.
