Police FC Sign Buddu Ssaza Coach Simon Peter Mugerwa

FUFA Big league Club Police Football Club has signed Buddu Ssaza head coach Simon Peter Mugerwa from Proline Football club according to our reliable sources.

Earlier, Mugerwa was linked to FUFA super league side Gadafi but the transfer fell to a dead end after the two parties failed to agree.

Mugerwa replaces Angelo Lonyensi at the Cops as they continue with their persuit to return to the top tier.

Police finished 4th in the FBL last season behind Kitara, Mbarara City and NEC that finished 1st, 2nd and third respectively.

Mugerwa won Masaza Cup with Buddu as assistant coach in 2016, won the title as head coach of Buleemezi in 2019 and with Busiro in 2022.

He formerly worked at SC Villa as assistant coach, currently Nkima clan head coach.
