
Brian Senyondo Replaces Ssimbwa As Kitara Head Coach.
Brian Ssenyondo has been appointed new Kitara Football club head coach on a two year employment contract replacing Sam Ssimbwa.
Seenyondo formely at top tier side Uganda People’s defence forces (UPDF) FC, has taken over at newly promoted side Kitara weeks after the club announced Ssimbwa’s departure.
The former Synergy FC manager is among the youthful-energetic coaches that have made cut and managing in uganda’s top tier.
Senyondo replaces Ssimbwa who joined the Royals at the start of February after the first round of the FUFA Big league and was officially unveiled before the fans at the Kigaaya playgrounds.
Ssimbwa who guided the team to top tier – SUPL, was in charge for 15 league games, won 8, drew six and lost just once.
In the Uganda cup, he was in charge of two matches triumphed once and lost the other.
The former Uganda Cranes tactician guided the club to a top finish, securing promotion back to the Uganda premier league and also won the Fufa big league trophy, the first and only in Kitara’s history since it’s inception in 2010.
