Kibuli SS Captain Wabyona Delighted With KCCA FC Move.

Kibuli Senior Secondary School Captain Faisal ‘Kayama’ Wabyona expressed his joy after completing a move to StarTimes Uganda premier league club KCCA.

The 5-year deal will see the exciting teenager at Lugogo from 1st July 2022 to 2027.

It was an easy decision for the young Midfielder to join the Kasasiro boys having played under Morley Byekwaso for the Uganda Hippos in the AFCON U20 finals in Mauritania 2021.

I feel very happy to sign for KCCA FC. This is a very big club and I am aware of the task at hand but I am ready for the competition. I have worked with the Manager Morley Byekwaso at the U20 National Team and this was an easy decision for me to make. I can wait to get started soon with the lads. Wabyona told Kccafc.co.ug

Wabyona a product of Big talent soccer academy owned by celebrated artist Eddy Kenzo, is an attacking midfielder who can also play as defensive midfielder.

He has also featured for Aidenal Futsal Club in the futsal Super league last season.

Kanyama adds quality to Morley’s midfield that already has Moses Waiswa, Ashraf Mugume, and Emmanuel Wasswa among others.

Wabyoona becomes the second player to join KCCA FC in this transfer window after Moses Waiswa who joined earlier form Supersport United.
