Am feeling so good that have had the first of many games for Vipers and what makes it special is scoring my first goal as well.

Have scored just the first but i want to score more and more to keep my self on the pitch and as well for the coach to think about about me.

I dedicate this goal to my mum and all those people that believe in me and have always encouaraged me

I felt so good when i heard i was to start because i couldn’t believe it at first, i had a sleepless night thinking about the game but as a player you have to be ready when you are given chance.

Munoobi was promoted to Vipers SC senior team in December 2019 and he needed 2 years to make cut facing tough competition at the club.

It was a surprise to many of us to see the young star who is not in the pecking order to step up to take the penalty.

It had to be Bright Anukani, Yunus Sentamu or Manzoki but i kindly requested them to give me chance to score it and i thank them.

Munoobi is another graduate from the school St Mary’s Kitende that are living to the expectations at the club.

Other school graduates currently at Vipers include; Aziz Kayondo, Bobosi Byaruhanga, Abdul Watambala, Ssali, Najib Yiga, Bashir Asiku, Ivan Ashaba, Richard Basangwa.

Wadada inspired me to play the game, he has always been my role model since that time when Vipers was still Bunamwaya playing in Buikwe, because i admired him so much i tried getting close to him and has always guided me and i would wish to wear Wadada’s no 14 shirt one day.

Uganda Cranes and Azam defender Wadada was happy with the young man’s milestone when contacted.

I used to admire respect Simeon Masaba alot learned from him, and he gave me the courage to work so hard to reach that level. Any young player its very good to have respect, admire learn from seniors to achieve as well.

So am so proud of him, he is a humble boy who comes from the East also, we have walked a journey togather, he was kid then in Buikwe when Vipers was playing there but have always encouraged him whenever he has felt he was down.Wadada added.

He has always ran to me for courage, and am so so proud that he made the debut and scored. And what makes me happier is that he is proud of me as well. So anticipate a bright future for him.
