USSSA 2026 Lira Boys’ Games; Buddo, BCS, SMASK, Kibuli Games to Highlight Game Day one.

Buddo SS will have to see off 63 other schools, if they are to successfully defend the USSSA Boys’ Football trophy they won last year in Ngora with several games lined up on the opening day, Monday 11th May 2026.

Thirty-two games will be played on the opening day at Lira Town College and other sorrounding playing grounds with all the big boys in action.

Match day one action will be played at 9am, 11am, 2pm and 4pm according to the Local organising committee.

Defending Champions Buddo SS, will kick off the title defense campaign against Teso College Aloet at 11 am, record winners St Mary’s Kitende will start the hunt for the 12th title against Bukedea Comprehensive School North at 2pm at Lango College III pitch.

Bukedea Comprehensive -South referred to as the stronger one among the two BCS teams, face minnoes PP Newton in one of the 11am games at Lango College I pitch.

Another giant Kibuli SS will face Kabalega SS in one of the 4pm fixtures at the Dr Obote stadium.

Daniel Segawa coached Lubiri SS side returns to the big scene with a tricky opening group P match against Dan Birikwalira’s Seroma Christian High School side

The 4 PM fixtures will see other big boys Amus College School face Trinity College Abilomino at the Dr Obote II ground and Kawempe Muslim take on London College Nansana.

The 64 participating schools in this years’ edition officially reported today, Sunday, 10th May 2026, and wull kick of woth the games on Monday

The official opening ceremony is slated for Tuesday, 12th May 2026.

As the big teams aim at lifting the prestigious trophy, the semifinals best will book their tickets for the 2026 FEASSA Games to be held in Tanzania this August this same year.
