This time as organizers, we thought that with less teams, we can have a more competitive tournament with only able teams to compete, we have always faced a problem of having many teams with others failing to meet the requirements. It’s an open tournament with all players allowed to play but we argue all teams to have utmost discpline and make sure smartness is key in this edition. Kasirye stated in a press briefing.
