Goalkeeper Ikara Speaks About His Return To BUL FC…

Experienced Goalkeeper Tom Ikara expressed his delight returning to a place he called home after penning a two year deal with the Eastern Giants.

The 27 year old shot stopper boasts the galkeeping department that already has new signing Farouk Yawe and teenager Adrian Isabirye.

“I am excited to Come back home, BUL FC is like a family to me. I feel safe and at home. I’m here to improve the team’s status from where I left it to a higher momentum and make sure we win a lot of trophies. I call upon the fans to come support the team and rally behind us so that we can achieve our targets.”Ikara told BUL FC.co.ug

Ikara returns to BUL where he spent the 2023/24 season from Ethiopian side Sidama Buna which he helped to win win the Ethiopian cup.

Club Head coach Abby Kikomeko was happy welcoming Ikara back and believes much can be achieved with him.

Ikara is talented and aggressive goalkeeper and we are happy to see him back at the club. We are going to work with him to see that we achieve the club’s targets.” Kikomeko stated.

Ikara who has also featured for the Uganda Carnes, returns with vast experience having featured for Mbarara City and KCCA FC in the StarTimes Uganda Premier League.
