UFL:ST LAWRENCE UNIVERSITY OVERPOWERS NDEJJE LIONS TO BOOK SEMI-FINAL TICKET
St Lawrence University (SLAU) has advanced to the University Football League semi-finals after defeating Ndejje University 3-0 this evening, securing a 1-5 aggregate win.
Okello Ivan had the first shot with a header for St Lawrence from Kalanda’s cross, but Ocen Faizal saved away.

Defender Dickson Kamya outcharged Olupot to clear away from danger.
SLAU again had a clear chance from Kamya Dickson’s freekick, but Ndejje Captain Ssebuliba Shen headed away into the corner.
Kalanda Julius broke the deadlock before half-time, heading in Ssemanda Collins’ corner.

Turning into the second stanza of the game, Kalanda Julius doubled the lead, heading in a loose ball from Ssemanda’s freekick.
Ndejje seemed helpless as right back, Alele Ambrose stretched SLAU’s lead, making it 1-5 on aggregate.
Substitute Oula Emmanuel came in and gave the visitors more rhythm of play, even getting a shot on goal but went wide over the bar.
Ndejje University had an opportunity to score a consolation, but SLAU defender Agaku Vicent blocked the attempt.
