EASTER TOURNEY:KANYWA SELECT,TANDA LEGENDS,DIIMA, AND CARE FC BATTLE FOR FINALS SPOT IN THE LEGENDARY SPORTS TOURNAMENT
The Easter Legendary Sports tournament is heating up, with Kanywa Select taking on Entebbe Tanda Soccer Legends in a highly anticipated semi-final match.
The 30 years-and-above legends tournament has been running for a month at Kanywa playground, aka “Muba Brothers.”
Four teams were grouped into two pools.
Group A had Entebbe Tanda Soccer Legends, Kitala Ex Internas, and Diima FC.
Whereas Kanywa Select,Care FC and Legends were in Group B.
Entebbe Tanda Soccer Legends who were second in Group A will verse Kanywa Select who topped Group B.
The other semi-final, Group A table leaders Diima FC, will be against Care FC, who came as second in Group B on Saturday.
“The Tournament has been moving on well, and we hope we shall end it well on Easter weekend, and participants will get their gifts,” said Eddie Kalugonera, Chairman of the Organising Committee.
Winners get a goat, trophy, ball, and gold medals.
Runners-up get a set of jerseys, ball, and silver medals.
Third place gets a ball and bronze medals.
