UFL:OWAYU LEADS KABALE TO TRILLING VICTORY OVER BISHOP STUART UNIVERSITY

Kabale University edged Bishop Stuart University in a thrilling match at Kigezi Home Boyz Arena.

The hosts started strong, with Owanyu Micheal netting the opener in the 13th minute after a Paddy Tayebwa assist.

Marvin Onyango doubled the lead before halftime, courtesy of Owayu Micheal’s assist.

Bishop Stuart had chances to pull one back, but Ahumuza’s efforts were foiled, and Victor Ayebazibwe missed a golden opportunity in the 63rd minute.

Despite late pressure, Kabale University held on for a clean sheet win.

And the game ended 2-0 in favour of Kabale University

Kabale University now has five points, just one point behind Bishop Stuart University’s six points.
