URA FC Confirm Three New Arrivals.

Uganda Revenue Authority Football Club have confirmed the capture of Goalkeeper Muhammed Ssekeba, defenders; Ronald Otti and Arthur Kiggundu ahead of the StarTimes Uganda Premier League 2025/2026 season.

Ssekeba who was last season named FUFA Big league best Goalkeeper arrives from Gaddafi/Entebbe UPPC FC, central defender Ronald Otti and left back Arthur Kiggundu who was earlier unveiled at UPPC Gaddafi Arthur join the tax collectors from Kitara Football Club.

According to Urafc.co.ug, the trio have penned a two year contract each are available for selection in tomorrow’s FUFA Super 8 Cup encounter against Kitara FC at the MTN Omondi Stadium, Lugogo.

Ugandan international Otti formerly at BUL & Kitara FC also expressed his joy signing for the tax men.

Kiggundu also promised his best to the Tax collectors.

Club Head Coach Alex Isabirye welcomed the trio, emphasizing the impact they are expected to make:

They join a strong group of new signings, and together, we believe they will play an important role in pushing us towards our targets this season.”

The trio arrival takes the new signings tally to seven, having earlier strikers Fred Amaku and Nelson Senkatuka, Goalkeeper Chrispas Kusiima from Kitara, and forward Nelson Ssenkatuka and winger Kabon Living.
