
Issa Bugembe Joins Entebbe UPPC From Vipers
Midfielder Issa Bugembe has joined newly promoted Entebbe based side UPPC FC on a two year deal from reigning league champions Vipers SC.

A happy Bugembe pointed at helping the club achieve it’s goals and as well as achieving his personal targets.
” Am here to achieve with the club, I leave Vipers SC to try achieve my targets as a player and I believe with more playing time I can be a better player and help the achieve our targets ” Bugembe told Sports256 media
Bugembe 21, a product of the FUFA Junior League was promoted to Bright Stars senior team in 2021 where he spent three seasons.
Bugembe joined Bright Stars in 2021/22 season while still at Royal Giant- Mityana where he left in 2024 here he has spent a year.

Bugembe scored 1 goal and 4 assists at Bright Stars in the SUPL
Bugembe represented the U-20 national team in CECAFA 2022 in Sudan and AFCON 2023 in Egypt.
He also represented the U-17 national team in CECAFA 202 and they guided the team to AFCON that was meant to be held in Morocco.
Bugembe joins the long list of new faces at UPPC that include; Ssenyonjo Hassan, Nordeen Bunjo, Marvin Mukiibi, Mustafa Mujjuzi, Steven Munguchi, goal keepers Rogers Omedwa and Otim Dennis
