
Sponsorship: Skynet World wide Express injects millions in ESA Park X-Mas 2nd Edition through their CSR Campaign.
Skynet World Wide Express Uganda and ESA Park Kitubulu entered into a sponsorship marriage for the ESA Park Christmas Cup (EPXC) second edition set to kick off this Saturday 16th November and this was confirmed at an event held at Skynet offices in Entebbe town on Saturday.
The experts in shipping and logistics solutions, have decided to sponsor the EPXC with Shs 5millions cash and with other adds on that includes sets of jerseys and Man of the match (MOTM) awards/accolades.
Skynet World wide Express Uganda CEO Benjamin Ongwech stated that through their Corporate social responsibility campaign, they decided to partner with ESA Park for sponsor the second edition.

” We reached an agreement with the Park CEO Mugabi Miph to sponsor this edition because our Target as a company is to push our CSR campaign as it is globally at our different branches in the world to improve areas where Skynet does it’s operations. We are happy that we are partnering with ESA Park to see that talents come through and they are developed through the right channels.”Β
The package will be shs 5 million Uganda shillings to spearhead arrangements and make sure everything runs smoothly for the organisers of this tournament. We shall also be sponsoring the Man of the match – our partners KIBATI tours and travels will spear head the the sponsorship of the MOTM award.
In his conclusive remarks, Ongwech was greatful to the ESA Park management for the partnership.
We want to thank ESA Park for inviting us to sponsor this tournament and last to thank Mugabi Miph for ensuring the second edition moves on smoothly and making sure all stake holders are involved. So I officially handover this package to Miph so that the tournament can officially kick-off on 16th. May the best team win.” Ongwech concluded.
A happy ESA PARK director Miph Mugabi expressed his delight receiving the package from Ongwech.

Skynet have earlier this year sponsored the MOTM award (Skynet MOTM) at ESA Park during the ESA Park premier league that was won by Godfrey Tours and Travel.
Corporate Brotherhood Investment Club Entebbe (CBICE) are the inugural winners of the EPXC after they came from down to defeat UCCA authority in an exciting final that was played on 31st December 2023.
At the event, Mugabi was flanked by many ESA PARK football people; Ex international; Mike Serumaga & Ayub Kisalita, Martin Seruwagi, Veteran Goerge Otika, administrators: Ken Ssimbwa and John Ssembuya Muwanga, and Sports Journalist Henry Musabe, among others.

The host contingent comprised of Managing Director Tonny Ssozi, CEO Benjamin Ongwech, Coach & administrator Agaba Patrick, Alex Muyingo, Oscar Bitum, Lukyamuzi Nicholas and Kevin Sasigi.
Among the prizes to be won, the champions, will majestically walk home with bull, trophy, gold medals and a set of Jersey and the finalists will walk away with a goat, silver medals and a set of Jerseys.
The winner of the classification match, will take home bronze medals and a set of jerseys while the 4th placed team will also get a jersey.
