Midfielders Frank Zaga Tumwesigye and Paul Mucurezi have been left out of the 21 man Vipers Sports Club Squad that will face Young Africans with Injury.

 

Winger and new signing Abdu Lumala is another big face that will not feature in this international friendly match with an hamstring problem picked up earlier according to Viperssc.co.ug

 

The selected team by head coach Robertinho Oliviera travelling to Dar es Salaam, Tanzania has 3 goalkeepers, 6 defenders,  7 midfielders and 5 forwards.

This will be good test for coach Robertinho’s new members of the squad that include; goal keeper Alfred Mudekereza, Defender Mandela, Midfielders; Youngman and Olivier Osomba, as well as striker Lawal.

 

The game will be played on Saturday 16:00 EAT at Benjamin Mkapa Stadium, Tanzania will be live on Azam TV.

 

Ugandan champions Vipers are preparing for the upcoming 2022/23 season and as weas the CAF Champions league engagements.

 

Apart from the CAF Champions League and  StarTimes Uganda Premier League,the Venoms will also take part in the Pilsner Super 8, Fufa Super Cup and Stanbic Uganda Cup.

 

The party flies out of Entebbe International Airport on Thursday afternoon and is expected to land at Julius Nyerere International Airport in the evening (4:30pm) According to the Club website.
