Masaza Cup Final: Sulaiman Kiwanuka Purchases Tickets Worth 2m, Promises Dollars.


Honourable Sulaiman Kiwanuka has supported the Masaza Cup by buying 100 tickets worth UGX 2 millions and promised 100 dollars for every goal that will be scored in the cup final slated for Saturday 5th March 2022.


One hundred lucky people of Nakifuma will watch the Masaza Cup Final between Buddu and Buwekula courtsey of Honourable Suleiman Kiwanuka.

The tickets bought today morning at Bulange in Mengo, will be given out to people of Nakifuma constituency that will be willing to watch the game on Saturday starting tomorrow.


Kiwanuka also promised to give out a hundred (100) dollars for every goal that will be scored that day in the finals.

The tickets were handed over to Hon Kiwanuka by the Minister of Sports for Mengo Owek. Henry Ssekabembe flanked by the chairman Masaza Cup organising committee Hajji Sulaiman Ssejjengo.


Friends Of Kiwanuka organisation will distribute the tickets to Nakifuma constituency people tomorrow to enjoy Masaza Cup final between Buddu and Buwekula this Saturday at St Marys Stadium Kitende. where SSAZA -Buddu FC takes on Buwekula FC.


In morning press briefing at Mengo, Owek Henry Sekabembe applauded the organising committee, Sponsors, media and confirmed the Kabaka of Buganda Ronald Muwenda Mutebi will Grace the function as the chief guest.


The final is on this Saturday, and I can confirm it will be graced by His Majesty the Kabaka of Buganda, Buwekula host Buddu and th classification match will be played earlier between Mawokota and Bulemezi.

The fans are expected to be at St Mary’s Stadium by 10am and the Katikiro will arrive at 11:30 and will be the chief guest for the classification match at noon.

The game will be played at 12pm and the Kabaka of Buganda is expected to arrive at the stadium at 2pm and the final will kick off at 3pm

The theme for this year’s Masaza Cup is “the men should take the lead role to fight HIV AIDS to save the girl child.

We are in touch with all the needed people, the security is in place, we have the ministry of health on board so that the SOPs are put in place and i want to urge all the travelling people to be careful and also avoid drugs.

We want to appreciate the partners we have moved with that include Airtel, and others. I want to confirm that the tickets for this year’s Masaza final has hit the market.


In a special way Owek. Ssekabembe appreciated Hon Kiwanuka and other individuals that have supported Masaza by buying tickets for Kabaka’s people.


I want to appreciate Kabaka’s people that have bought tickets for people, Rogers Dungu that has bought tickets worth Shs 2m, Mr Sulaiman Kiwanuka that has also purchased tickets worth UGX 2m.
