Wakiso district Secondary Schools  Sports association chairperson Gerald Katamba was greatful to the head teachers that sponsored the 24 schools and promised fire works in the final at Wakisha

We started this district tournament to get the six schools that will represent us in Arua, and we got 24 teams, and we are glad we have finished our second semi final game and we shall play the finals tomorrow at Wakisha Resource center. We have been challenged by lack of enough playing grounds and others were not good enough and many kids have got injuries.

COVID has also affected the schools, many schools are just rebuilding again.

This time we are not going to Sponsored by Coca Cola but rather the head teachers of these schools in Arua at Mvara SS.

We expect a very good final between Nsangi Zone’s Buddo SS and Kitende and we shall also have the finals of Wakiso Ball game one Sponsored by Fresh diary; that include Basketball, Table Tennis and Girls football

We want to thank the hosts Kawanda SS for the good work and Mbogo Mixed Secondary and lastly all the schools that have participated.

The hosts Kawanda SS head teacher Bukenya Ahmed Kamoga, was happy to host this prestigious event and thanked the organisers for giving them chance as a school that love Sports.
